Born and raised in Toronto, Jaan graduated from Ryerson University with a Bachelors of Commerce and obtained law degrees from the University Of Windsor Faculty of Law and the University of Detroit Mercy. Jaan’s practice is primarily focused on Real Estate matters, including purchases, sales, assignments and refinancing, as well as Civil Litigation. In all roles, Jaan’s fondness for negotiation and advocacy is palpable. His clients think of him as an effective problem solver and creative negotiator who thinks, and lives, outside of the box. In his spare time, Jaan enjoys reading, spending time with friends and family, golf, and thinks 80’s pop music is “totally rad”.
